The Kentucky coaching staff has expanded it’s recruiting reach from past years and has placed a strong focus on the Northeast region for the 2019 and 2020 classes. Earlier today, Kentucky entered the mix in the four-star defensive end Fadil Diggs recruitment. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound defensive end from Woodrow Wilson HS (NJ) talks about his latest offer from the SEC.

“I was very surprised by the Kentucky offer.”

The Woodrow Wilson defensive end explains what exactly he does, or in this case, does not know about Kentucky.

“I’m not sure which coach from Kentucky offered me, I will have to find out and I am trying to learn more about Kentucky as we speak.”

Diggs said he plans to visit Kentucky this summer.

“I definitely am visiting Kentucky sometime this summer. I will be visiting Virginia Tech and West Virginia but passed that no other visits planned.”

At this point, the four-star prospect said his recruitment is wide open and still thinking of when he may want to make his college decision.
